SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Animal Bowen Therapy ships quality animal therapy products around the world
Because our products vary so much in size and weight we don’t quote delivery prices on this website. You can either contact us to ask for the shipping cost or simply place your order and we will contact you to confirm the exact shipping cost depending on your order and delivery address.
Orders confirmed and paid for before 2pm on Monday to Friday will normally be dispatched on the following business day. For delivery within New Zealand please allow 3 working days and an extra 1 to 3 working days for delivery to rural addresses. If a customer is not present for a delivery, the relevant carrier may leave the goods at the delivery address at the owner’s risk unless we have been requested not to.
Please note we can also offer a free local drop off to main centres within Northland approx once a week – please contact us for details.
Warranty and Returns Policy
All goods come with a one (1) year Animal Bowen Therapy warranty against defective parts and workmanship unless otherwise stated in the relevant product information.
If you have a defective or damaged item please contact us immediately via email. Clearly state the exact problem and please include the following information: Full name, invoice number, date of purchase, description of item, best daytime contact number and if possible a photograph of the fault or damage.
Any item that is found to be faulty within the stated warranty period will be repaired or exchanged. We will meet our full obligations to provide a remedy as stated under the Consumer Guarantees Act, except where a customer has purchased the item for commercial use, in which case the warranty is limited to 3 months from date of purchase.
The warranty is strictly “Return to Base”, our return postal address will be provided when you contact us. Please note returns are at the customer’s expense. Replaced goods will be returned to the customer at Animal Bowen Therapy expense.
Unless otherwise stated the 12 month warranty applies to use in a “normal” domestic home environment only. All warranty claims must be accompanied by an original invoice. Please note the warranty is only provided to the original purchaser and is not transferable to any other party.
